Every entry in the register carries one of four live statuses.
The certificate is in force. The management system was found to conform and remains under surveillance.
Temporarily not in force — pending resolution of a raised issue. It may be restored or withdrawn.
No longer in force. The certificate has been withdrawn and must not be used or referenced.
The certification cycle ended without recertification. The organisation is no longer certified.

Directory entries are published with client consent. Once accreditation is granted, certificates issued under an accredited scope are additionally listed on IAF CertSearch, the global accreditation database. Believe a certificate or mark is being misused? Report it.
