Claiming to be certified when they are not, or after a certificate lapsed.
Using the mark on a product or packaging — certification covers systems, not products.
Implying an accredited scope, or displaying a UAF / Global ACI mark without the right.
Give us as much detail as you can — the organisation, where you saw the claim, and a certificate number if one is shown. If you'd rather stay anonymous, you can, though leaving contact details lets us follow up if we need more.
